Mr. Pegolo conceptualized and formulated the idea of transforming current Green trends, technologies and disparate systems and evolving them to a cohesive plan specialized to the client’s needs this is the Blue plan.  This concept coincided with Alexander Managements desire to continue its growth.  Mr. Pegolo worked with Mr. Capozzi from 2007 to 2009 to create and assemble the building blocks of Blue Earth.

As Western Region Manager & CIO Mr. Pegolo brings 20 years of well rounded experience to bare.  He spent 10 year in the IT arena; 7 years working for The Capital Group, Inc. Leaving as Distributed Systems Manager where he provided support, research, and implementation services on technologies ranging from mainframe systems, LAN & WAN, Unix systems, large scale printing, imaging, down to PC systems.  The next three years he spent consulting to corporate america via Axiom Management Consulting and Andersen Consulting working in the areas of new technologies and legacy systems integration for clients such as Xerox, World Port of Los Angeles, Kaiser AARP and Nissan.  Following this he spent 10 years building a manufacturing business as Vice President managing operations including; facilities, new technology, machinery, quality systems - including ISO9001 & personnel.      

Along with his understanding of both Corporate America and skills running a business he comes to BEP with the a desire of a life time; the coexistence of man and the preservation of land, wildlife and planet - this has been within since his early days, as an Eagle Scout, in the Boy Scouts of America.

He also has experience with heavy equipment including: excavator, bulldozer, backhoe, roller, and jack-hammer.  In performing facilities efficiency reorganization he has moved large machines including the use of rigors and within using internal equipment such forklifts, Com-along, jacks etc.

His unique background in corporate America, small business management, creativity, ingenuity, heavy equipment operation and life long quest for ecology uniquely qualify Mr. Pegolo for his role in this special organization.
